-Fixed some alignment and scripting discontinuities.
-The carbine seemed to have been deleted off of the map. Re-added.
-the H2BR is not meant to spawn at round start. Fixed.

Map is under the same name, I think it will auto-update for those who have downloaded. If not, then un-bookmark and re-bookmark.
