Map Description

1. 

   The Lost Idol
   
   "Countless gold hunters have tried to obtain this Mayan treasure... Yet, none of them came back from their expedition..."

   The Lost Idol is a single-/multiplayer jump puzzle experience, which takes you into the land of the Mayans!
   
   Set ancient machinery into motion and see how the environment changes and opens new ways for you to explore...
   Will you be able to obtain the idol and come back unscathed unlike the unlucky souls before you?
   
   
   
   
   
   The level is fair and can be completed by anyone, who is familiar with the Halo 5 controls and physics. It is made with my "Let's Jump!!" gametype in mind.
   
   
   
   
   History:
   It has been a thought for quite a while for @Box Knows to create his first Halo 5 jump map after his last one back in Halo 2: Anniversary.
   Well, let's say, with this map he got pretty close to finishing one, however, as for every design, the last steps are often the most difficult and Box never was a man of polishing maps visually.
   
   That is why I took it upon myself to finish what he started, beginning at 99% lightmap. Oof.
   
   Ultimately I didn't change any of the intertwined level design, I only changed assets and connections here and there, pimped several areas with more foliage and destroyed looking geometry aswell as the entire lighting, which came out really well.
   You could say, I stepped in as the visual/audio departement. Aside from that, I added some story/puzzle elements and changed the order, in which a few paths are unlocked to get a better reaction from the players.
   
   All that with a lightmap down to roughly 70%. That's called the "Buddy Jumps Treatment". lol
