This long-abandoned shipping platform was owned and operated by Traxus under contract with the UNSC. It's small size and secluded location allowed for discreet storage and transit of highly sensitive materials. The location was decommissioned and declassified in 2556, granting Infinity access to the stored blueprint and topographical layout of the location for use in War Games.
