- Increased Sniper spawntimer (120 -> 180 Seconds)

- Increased Camp Spawn (180 -> 240 Seconds)

- Increased DMR Spawn (60 -> 90 Seconds)

- Increased Scattershot Spawn (120 -> 180 Seconds)

- Increased Light Rifle Spawn (60 -> 180 Seconds)

- Remove both Recon AR

So...i play a few games on solitary and found a few bugs.

- I added a new invisible boundary (middle base and red/green base)

- The framerate drops are not anymore so huge on the man cannon side.

- I change the floor on the red base

weapon changes:
- A sniper rifle spawns with one extra clip above the camo.
- Two sniper rifles spawns on both bases (only in CTF. The sniper rifle above the camo will despawn)
- Added a SMG
- Added one extra grenade launcher clip
- A gunfighter magnum...
