    Update to 4.0

    - Removed redundant pieces to save item budget
    - Used saved item budget to make map more forerunner/prettier
    - Added Storm Rifle / Pistol to the map
    - Saved about 30% of light map due to the removal of items
    - Used Breakout pieces to make make more flat floors
    - Completely redid the ground of the entire map [now use, Glacier Ramps turned upside down for more flat feel]
    - Cliff sides are now more straight and balanced
    - Weapon timers tuned
    - Added Spawn influencers [zones] for both teams
    - Added more spawn points on each side to balance things
    - Removed a couple of scripts that were causing some issues
    - Carbine is now more in tune with how Shrine was set up
    - Ring is now more in tune with how Sanctuary/Shrine was set up
    - Sword is now available in Slayer
    - Rockets in CTF
    - No ring power weapon in Strongholds
    - Ring 3 now has cover to be more in tune with shrine
    - Added some softkill barriers
    - Added some icy geo to make it a believable space
    - Removed trees to keep sight line clean
    - Overall a pretty huge visual upgrade
