Map Description

  1. Duke of Mearl
    Remains is the original Extermination map. Duke of Mearl created the layout while Partarar created the map's aesthetics.

    Remains is set in a rusted over industrial setting giving you the feeling that the area has been abandoned for a very long time. The map features a damage boost and plasma caster which teams will almost always fight over.

    This is yet another example of a well inplemented Destiny space within Halo 5. The layout has a welcomed, solid simplicity that creates a great push/pull feeling for each team with the intensity that Extermination invokes in its players. The map's visuals also jive well with the space, and particular attention to detail is present in the map's backdrop, giving it a great sense of immersion and belonging in the Destiny universe. Nicely done, the both of you.

    It's not Destiny, it's just a rusted Russian space complex near the Caspian Sea.

    I love playing on this. Could it support the original version of Breakout?

    I played this earlier on in the week in your test lobby. Unbalanced teams aside, it seemed to be a great play, and is well designed. Nice job!
