gametype tweaks

Poltergeist now has more damage resistance like he does in origins. Now poltergeist can take more damage as to prevent big team ganks.

There was a hole in the map near the downstairs bathroom. this has been patched and fixed

new closet designs, and added attic lighting!

I have updated the look of most of the furniture, and updated the colors. Also some new furniture pieces have been added.
