Outlast is a thematic remake of Halo CE's campaign mission: Halo redesigned for multiplayer team death matches and CTF. The forerunner holdout structures are used as bases in this map that descend and connect underground where the flag is kept on each team.
The large power cables surrounding the bases act as walls and provide good cover against warthog attacks and snipers. There are two small caves on opposing sides of the map, both equipped with railguns up on rock ledges that pear out across the battlefield.
The centre of the map features a dropped cargo crate full of useful ordnance, that is if your team can utilize it first!
