Brief history of the map
This map has been in the making for a long time now and has been through many changes. Originally inspired by a 2v2 map my friend made back in the day on halo 4. I loved the map but he was limited because of the forge we had at the time. It is not a remake of his map but just inspired a little bit. It took me a long time to get it to function how I wanted it to and because of that I gave up on it multiple times. Recently through I went back to it and this time I finally got it right.
Gameplay and how it's structured
The game play I think is very different than most infection maps because there are so many different places you could hold out the more you look at some of the hold outs you realize how flawed they are. Most of the hold outs look really good at first but they have a lot of places you could jump up to or even over welm them really easily. Because there are so many places were it looks like a good idea to stay at. It sometimes spits the players up more than normal which was really different. This is definitely not a map you would want to be just running around you want to take it slow and be smart even at the beginning. Because of how closequarters everything is the infected can easly get the jump on you and your teammate's. The over all structure of the map like I said is mostly all really close and has very small rooms. Yes I know when you think of infection you think it is suppose to be close quarters. The difference is most infection maps have area's no one really use's or travels on but on this one there is no were you would not go more than any other place. Every route you take has some risk to it.
Overall feel
The overall feel of this map is not that dark or scary but your all ways going to have to be looking behind your back and having to check every corner. Your all ways going to be in danger even in the most secure hide out you think your in. Thanks to everyone who gave my map a look and i hope you guys like it.
