Map Description

   Men our task is simple we get off this beach and take the fight to the Germans....
   
   I present to you guys my best interpretation of D-Day in Halo. I've always wanted to create D-Day maps in Halo, back to when we had to make due with Last Resort's beach. I love making realistic maps and I really hope you guys like this one.
   
   I added many features that are iconic to the Normandy beaches, such as Hedgehog tank traps, Belgian Gates, tree trunk obstacles, the shingle with barbed wire on top, and firing Flak 88's!
   
   You must advance up the beach giving covering fire. There is strength in numbers, fight together and get off the beach. Do not bunch up you and your men will die many times. The Germans (survivors) are well equipped with 2 mg42's(turrets), grenades, a sniper rifle, and saw in each bunker.
   
   The way the game works is with my custom game mode "D-Day 1944" which is an infection type where 50% spawn as zombies storming the beach and survivors spawn in the bunkers. Use at least 12 players. The zombies have 50% health but can shoot sprint and run as if they were a normal player. Weapons are scattered across the beach such as a couple DMR's, 1 Sniper rifle at the shingle, and a few Battlerifles.
   
   The map was a ton of fun making and playing far exceeds expectations.
   
   Use teamwork, get to the top of the cliff, kick in the door, chuck a grenade, and clear those damn bunkers!
