It's a good start, but from your video it looks like you have quite a few dead ends and pointless spaces. A good map should always have multiple routes out of each area. I think it was one of the Bungie guys that said as a soft rule, always have three routes out of each room. Those houses feel a bit like death traps.
Same with the streets themselves. It could be interesting to add in another channel of two way teleporters though, the other way, Pac Man style. Also, when I saw the pictures I was going to suggest teleporters, which I now see are there, but I'd make them more obvious. Gameplay over aesthetics. After the video: Could be an interesting infection map. The houses look far too narrow.
