Multiquad

Map Description

Multiquad is an asymmetrical map placed in a quantum room.
I wanted to make this map for a gametype i made, Juggernaut. Actually this gametype is pretty old, but i noticed no one made it for Halo 5.

    GAMEPLAY:
You can play this map for 2v2, 4v4, Strongholds and Slayer.
Also you can play it for my new gametype, Juggernaut.

    STYLE:
As you can see in the pictures, the style is pretty simple and clear.
The map doesn't have any trace of shadows, which means you could use it to play competitively with other players.
The map is almost completely painted in white. However, there are some blocks with 4 different colors:
    - Red: If you touch the red blocks, you will die instantly. It's like lava, but futuristic.
    - Green: All green blocks are useful: 4/6 of these blocks does have a weapon platform. 2/6 are elevators.
    - Yellow: The yellow blocks are the strongholds.
    - Blue: The top of the map is blue, because it's like the sky. And when the sky is blue, everything is okay.

    JUGGERNAUT:

The objective of Juggernaut, is to kill the Juggernaut: A heavy spartan with hammer and high life. The weak point is no recharge. So try your best to kill him: You will earn 25 points.
This gametype works with the majoriy of the maps because it's based on Infection gametype, with 8 turns. I recommend small-medium size maps.

    FALLEN JUGGERNAUT:

The objective of Fallen Juggernaut is to catch the hammer in the middle of the map to become the Juggernaut. If you die, your hammer will fall, and anyone who catches that will become the new Juggernaut. In this case, each kill is 1 point, including kill against other opponents.
Differently from "Juggernaut", "Fallen Juggernaut" works only with Multiquad, because it's necessary to place the hammer in map.
I'll release the hammer as prefab soon.
The gametype is still in beta, but you can play it and download clicking here.

Personal note: This is my first completed map ever, and my first asymmetrical map. I enjoyed to make this fun map (only 2 days or less, pretty good).
    I hope you like it.

No, it's more like Halo Reach.

In Halo 2, the juggernaut just has a higher shield, but eveyone does have the sword and the battle rifle. Also, all the opponents are enemies, so this makes the juggernaut more like the Regicide mode from Halo 4.

In Halo Reach the juggernaut is faster, stronger and with a hammer, and everyone is against him. The objective becomes important, and i think this makes my favorite Juggernaut.

The following are the differences between Reach and Halo 5:

    · In Reach the players have just the Assault Rifle.
    · In Halo 5
the players have the Assault Rifle (+ Extra ammo) and Magnum gunfighter.

    · In Reach The juggernaut shield has a somekind of recharge.
    · In Halo 5 The juggernaut can't recharge, but the life is a big higher.

    · In Reach, if you kill the juggernaut, you will become automatically the juggernaut.
    · In Halo 5, if you kill the juggernaut, the turns ends, and starts a new one.

    · In Reach the players have their regular abilities.
    · In Halo 5 the players have their regular abilities, like sprint, groundpound, etc.

    · In Reach the juggernaut walk faster, and doesn't have the sprint ability.
    · In Halo 5 the juggernaut can't use sprint, but can climb, assassinate and use groundpound.

There is a way to make this Juggernaut mode "automatic" and i'm working for a new mode.

Hello. I heard the news more than 25 people downloaded this map on Halowaypoint.
This is awesome for me, in just less than 2 days!
    I appreciate your like it.

I'm for feedback about the red panels: As you know, when you touch the red panels, you die instantly. I'm not sure if people like this, so i leave a poll where you can tell me your opinion clicking here.

ALSO, updated the page with Fallen Juggernaut info.

I've been looking for arena style maps on here for a long time, because I'm bored to death of the dev maps... and I have to say, this is one of the most original, crazy maps I've seen yet. Had a ton of fun with it, love how there are some longer sight lines on this map, reminds me of older halos but is still totally new and fresh. Definitely a new favorite, maybe just some small colors to indicate where you are? maybe something so you could call out like "Red corner" or something.... anyway, great work :)
