It's been a while since I first put this map together and since then it's become one of my more popular maps, with a small group of people that play it semi regularly. I haven't posted a whole lot of updates for this one since it first came out because there honestly wasn't much to improve on gameplay wise. However, in the time since version 1 I have learned a lot of things about managing budgets, lighting and aesthetic tricks, etc...I've grown a lot as a forger since this came out. So I felt this one was overdue for a facelift. Here's what's new:
- I've completely re-done the lighting and textures on the map with great success.
- The shield door windows are replaced with custom made pipe / glass windows that let in light and allow you to see outside of them
- I added invisible projectile blockers on all the stair sets, something that I should have done ages ago...
- Lots of straightening of pieces / cleaning up geometry and piece count.
