Old nuclear power facility, deemed unsafe, it was abandoned 21 years ago during a radiation containment scare. The facility was evacuated immediately, fuel rods remain in the reactor and more in the cooled storage rooms. As uranium mines are globally depleting, this facility is now being investigated before any uranium fuel is to be exported off site.
