Update notes!

- Map name changed from Occultist to Marvelist.
- Blue, Red, Yellow, Green Needles Aesthetics changed!
- Amount of rings lowered on top mid.
- BR's on Red, Blue, Yellow, Green plat changed from H5 to H2 BR.
- H5 BR added on the left of each Teleporter.
- Special breakout starts for initial spawns added for Red and Blue.
- Back Red and Blue Flag wall raises after entering the map at initial.
- SMG's added to all Health rooms.
- Minor coloring fixes on objects.
- Spawns tweaked...
