This update made for me the map complete and bugless (almost).

- added Prophets' Bane (30%) as third secret weapon
- added accurate blockers for high stones
- added 8 new start spawns
- every objective has now the same distance to the middle like there oppenent objective
- moved terrain of Outside 1 meter higher
- smooth Outside terrain with rocks
- added unique cameras for every gametype
- moved spartan intro camera a little bit down (so, they stand on the ground)
- moved breakable walls down
- moved death on time zone in Overwatch down, so you need to get the SAW faster
- start boats are now parallel to the enemy team ones
- added ember FXs
