Map Description

  1. Ryouji Gunblade
    Before you is an alien artifact neither human nor Covenant in origin.
    Advanced beyond our comprehension... until now.

    This arena is based on the Forerunner artifact seen in Reach’s The Package mission and Breakpoint. In order to ensure authentic Reach aesthetics, there are no premade Forerunner objects here, not even the lifts. Reacting to the presence of reclaimers, the teleporters activate automatically after 30 seconds. The weapons represent and honor the remaining Spartans of Noble Team.

    Also credit to Nokyard for the light bridge design.​

    I played this a few times now and we're meant to be giving more reviews so I will. This map looks great but more importantly plays great for extermination. I like the teleporters as they can be used to quickly traverse the map and attack the enemy from behind which can help reduce the chance of a game ending in ties. Also, as they are only accessible after a certain time they don't provide an immediate advantage. I particularly enjoyed using the man-cannons to grab the shot gun in mid air. One problem was how open and empty the upper floor was but I believe this has likely been fixed by shrinking the area up there although I haven't played that version yet. Good job overall though. Great map.

    The design of this map strongly resembles Halo:CE Derelict. Latckkey has a fast pace action game-play to the whole map,
    something that extermination has, but you'll find less hiding on this map, something I like for the map. The theme on this map is really cool and it's authenticity sets well with the Halo universe. GG gunblade, GG

    Good to see this one up on the hub! I clicked the download button on this one HARD as soon as I saw it. The map looks great, is fun to play, and has a really cool theme that blends the Forerunner aesthetic with that sexy Gunblade art style. Great work man!

    This Map captures the original and beautiful Forerunner art style. I love the Aesthetics. The Gameplay was also fun on the Map. Although I feel like the Sniper is too dominant on the Map, since the Map is so open.
