Update based on testing with Ascend Hyperion's Thursday Thirteen lobby.

CTF: Moved Red Flag to the centre of the Catwalk
CTF: Moved Blue Flag further out towards the corner of its ledge
Assault: Adjusted objectives to match.

- Created an opening in the ramp leading up to the Deck area, which allows access to the centre of the Catwalk from above.
- Added some more back routes to the Blue Base area.
- Smoothed some areas on the natural side of the map.

- Adjusted some spawns in the Deck and Catwalk areas to fit the new geometry.
