If you watched the gameplay provide on the YouTube link, you'll see some examples of flawed gameplay. For example: the last 10-15 minutes are easily dominated by covenant forces as the elites just hug the shield wall and wait to kill the Spartans as soon as they rear their heads.
I wasn't a fan of this gameplay so I changed some stuff. To heavily discourage spawn killing right at the shield wall, I deleted many decoration items to put a highway right above the entrance where Spartans will now have the ability to spawn on to have instant height advantage over elites who may be cowering below.
I also put some barriers on the rockface in-front of the sniper tower. (in the video) The elites scaled quite quickly to get where they weren't supposed to be and began spawn killing the Spartans. The barrier prevents Elites from passing the shield wall.
I also put a barrier on phase 1 to prevent warthogs/people from moving ahead and getting stuck in the phase 2 area which shouldn't be available yet. (Shown in video). It will despawn after attackers take the city.
Lots of really cool changes to Phase 2 so give it a re-download to see for yourself!
Other small things: Banshee respawn timer decreased from 45 seconds to 30 (P2). There are quite a few missing decorations in the city, however, I got rid of the ones the people don't usually notice in the heat of battle that don't ruin the immersion of the town. Minigun Falcon (P3) timer decreased slightly.
