In Working Order was inspired by the layout of Beaver Creek/Battle Creek. There are two identical bases in the shape of an ‘L’ when looked at from above, and there is a large rock arch bridge which leads over the pathway in between the two bases. On the rock arch bridge there is a Railgun spawn, while under the center of the arch, there is a Cloak Power-Up.
At the back on the inside of both bases, there is a two-way teleporter, which teleports you to the back of your opponents base, to keep game play flowing and to stop camping. Most, if not all routes have at least two exposures either side, which also helps keep the flow of game play, because you don’t want to get cornered by two of your opponents.
In Working Order also uses some of the new forge blocks, to make the map feel more immersive, as well as thick fog, sparks coming out of the antennas, glitched computer screens, and so on so fourth. Basically the maps bases can be used as pretty cool aesthetic pieces. The insides of the bases are pretty plain, but when and if you use them for your own maps, you can fill out the bases with your own stuff. Just remember to credit me for the base models of this map, and there shouldn’t be any issues.
