Map Description

  1. ♫ Yeti
    Heatwave is a re-imagining of Halo: CE's Chillout. What I tried to do on this map is clean up some sight lines and make overall movement around the map smoother.

    The map supports Slayer and Oddball, but I recommend playing Slayer on it.

    Also, for those who are sweaty, the weapon timers are the same as Halo 3's Cold Storage.

    So after further inspection I noticed that the entire floor is made of tall towers, which causes some bad frame rate drops.

    You can get the same exact black flooring using teleporter frames or upside down platforms but without the frame rate issues.
