GUYBRUSH THREEPWOOD

Map Description

Pixel art of the main charater of the "Monkey Island" games. If you know who this is, I salute you. These games were point and click adventures from Lucasarts with only text dialogue but brilliant nonetheless. Filled with easter eggs, minigames, present day jokes and funny characters realizing they are in a video game. Anti hero Guybrush Threepwood wishes to be a great and fearsome pirate. Proper use of various insults would win you the swordfights. Very humorous and challenging. The first two games got a remake in 2010 for xboxlive arcade with great graphics and spoken dialogue this time. This is Guybrush from part 2 btw.

Amazing, I remember playing this game ages ago. Curse of Monkey Island was one of my favorites.

The Monkey Island series has possibly the best writing in the history of video games. It had a personality that still stands out decades later.
Guybrush Threepwood is my hero. Your forge recreation of him put a big smile on my face. :)

Haha thanks! Agreed, the whole series was indeed very well and hilariously written. That Guybrush was a special character for sure.
