   Gridlock is a remake of the map with the same name in the Gears of War series, made especially for Breakout (Breakout Arena is best). However it also supports Slayer, Team Slayer, CTF, Strongholds and Assault.
   
   The map plays really true to the classic Gears of War mode "Warzone" in Breakout, with the Fuel Rod Cannon replacing the Boomshot, Sniper Rifle in the Snipers place, Storm Rifle replacing the Hammerburst and 2 Splinter Grenades replacing the Frag grenades, with the addition of 2 Plasma Grenades where the Ink Grenades spawned on the Gears of War 3 version of the map.
   
   A few tips for the map is that everything you can use in cover in the Gears of War versions of the map, you can use as cover. The focal point of every gamemode is by far the Sniper spawn, it offers plenty of sightlines to pick off enemy Spartans. Clambering is also a very useful tool on this map, using the civilian vehicles to reach higher places.
   
   I've personally play tested the map for every gamemode with many different people and have taken in much of their feedback, doing my best to stay true to the Gears of War feel.
