This map offers a great draw and balanced approach to power item placement. The power item placement in Breakout demands to be designed around and not an afterthought in the design process as it can be with other game types. There is a heavy pull for Camo since it drastically increases your team’s chances to win with two avenues of attack, one safe route and an aggressive route on the outside that is checked by the DRM tower. The Camo’s utility finds balance only in that players typically don’t make it away alive with it. The routes are varied, with an exceptional flanking option under Camo. This map also does well to highlight the usability of the neutral flag to win rounds due to the long aisles leading to a not fully exposed capture point at the base.
