Map Description

  1. SiberianPanther
    Unlike the majority of FatKid maps, progression in the Funhouse is dependent on the players skill. Players must work together to complete carnival games that unlock the next stage all while fending off the imminent zombie horde. The first objective is skee ball. Successfully sink the ball through the center hole to open the door. Missed shots can be reset from the control panel at the base of the game. It's crucial that players communicate at this stage as too many people trying to hit the ball can lead to congestion and make a simple task all the more difficult. (Also be sure not to enter the skee ball arena!) Next, is the grunt grenade dunk dank. Players must throw grenades through two pipes that are adamantly defended by forge monitors. Once both targets are hit the grunt will be dunked and the next door will open. Then, players must test their sharpshooting skills at the piggy shoot! Gunfighter magnums will be available to help strike the small targets on the fast moving pigs as they dart back and forth. All four pigs must be tagged before the next door opens. Then, players must dodge the swinging hammers on their way to the chamber of chance. Four switches will appear, all switches open the next room, but 2 will be helpful and 2 won't. One switch is vanilla and won't do anything but open the door. Another switch will open a bonus room with goodies to help solve the next obstacle. The other two switches will either cause the floor to fall out from underneath you, or teleport the FatKid straight to you! The next room is the ball pit where players must bounce around and activate a switch attached to the golden ball. (It's harder than it looks!) Then, players will navigate through a mirror maze, but you better be quick, zombies can jump over the walls. Then, players will take the fun slide to the end where you can trade in all your hard earned tickets for some pretty sweet prizes. Here, you'll hold out till the end while jamming to the animatronic band's dramatic music! Do you think you can survive?

    Played it like 100 times last night. Crazy good!!! We almost always had a full boat which made it all the better. One of the best maps aesthetics to gameplay EVER. Genius idea.

    Probably one of my favorite Halo 5 infection maps, and just custom game map in general!! This is so fun to play because it really tests your skill and not just hiding at different spots like a regular fat kid map! All of the places are fun to play with (My favorite is the grenade dunk because I'm good at it) so it never gets boring! Great map, I'm sure a lot of effort was put into it!

    Even though I've only seen it being played, I already want to play it myself cause it seems that amazing and unique. This twist on Fatkid was so smart and really captures what Halo 5's forge is capable of instead of a typical holdout and survive map. I never really was a fan of the fatkid style maps because I felt like people can just whip one up in less than 10 minutes by placing a bunch of random weapons and a linear path with little to no effort, but by implementing little mini objectives into each holdout, it requires that much more in depth teamwork and coordination. I'll place my feedback in a comment but overall love the map. We need more of this.

This is a great example of what a fat kid map should be and shows off the potential of Halo 5 forge, with all the fancy new scripts and new ways to create linear maps it puts standard maps with "wait for door" progression to shame. It shows you that maps can be so much more, it shows that that fat kid is more about the map then 100 different weapons scattered on a trail. Its about the experience, I felt happy the whole time I played this, I am so tired of tower style Fatkid maps with 100 op weapons and it makes me happy to see a map like this. It is a bit frustrating to get past the bouncy house as an infected player. Id say put another vent for the infected but other than that it's great and really a minor issue. Not only is the map pretty, but it plays well, something a lot of people have trouble balancing. I look forward to maps you make in the future.

    This is coming from an overly judgmental customs snob too, I mostly never rate maps but this is incredible.

    Thankyou for not making a tower fatkid map with 100 OP weapons, this is the best fatkid map hands down.

    Also thanks for making a fatkid map that actually has a theme and is properly colored. Unlike those crappily made default colored sloppy giant block tower fatkid maps.

    And here i was thinking that once a map has anything to do with fat kid that it lost all colour

    Those uncolored default basic maps are on MS PAINT tier quality aka GODLY cant compete kms

    Like in my review, the map is great. For some feedback though:
    - I feel like some games can be prevented from winning if you have a troll in the game like the first one with the ball return...maybe set a 5 second wait timer so that people can't just spam the button preventing any progression.
    - I noticed in the video I watched that people are able to stay back and camp out, so by simply placing boundary zone after some progression has been made that slowly kills survivors trying to cheat at the start.
    - I'm not even sure if you can do this but for the fatkid, placing a waypoint on him for survivors to see if he gets close would be pretty helpful. I'm not sure how you would do this but I'm sure it is possible with scripting.
