An old gym dusted off from nine years ago, now thriving with dodgeball matches.
I may have said I wasn't going to be making any maps for the month of May, but I just couldn't resist holding out on this one!

Classic remake of the beloved Halo 3 game, Dodgeball.
Changes Since Halo 3:
-Decreased Plasma Pistol damage to reduce dependence of Halo 5's improved tracking.
-Increased number of Plasma Grenades the player can hold to four to compensate for the lack of Spike Grenades in Halo 5.
Dodgeball Player Traits:
1. The players have the same traits as they would in Halo 3, lacking the abilities of sprint and other Spartan Abilities.
2. The players are equipped with a Plasma Pistol that does minimal damage to other players.
Dodgeball Rules:
I would be really surprised if I had to explain the rules of this game, but I will go on ahead and give you a little rundown anyhow.
In Halo Dodgeball you would expect it to play like real life Dodgeball, and you would be absolutely correct. In Halo Dodgeball your goal is to eliminate all opposing players on the other team without putting you and your teammates in harms way. The catch that puts this Dodgeball apart from its real life counterpart is that instead of Balls, we make use of Plasma Grenades. Due to the nature of Plasma Grenades you do not need to hit your opponent directly, but the damage will be greatly hindered. Along with that, there are four small pockets on the map with some tricky to destroy pallets which could down an opponent in an instant. Also what puts this version of Dodgeball apart from the real world is that you do not want to catch a "Ball". Catching one will lead to a blue explosion in your face and a lot of disappointment. Well that is my little detailing, and have fun!
To create the map as authentic as possible I used a Foundry creation kit map, created by RedRemedy44, to be clear, I did not create the Foundry structure, I simply put the Foundry pieces in corresponding locations and made the gametype. I tried to keep the map as accurate as possible, but there may still be a few unnoticed flaws in the map that I would be more than glad to fix, but I feel the map is in the shape to be released to the general public.
Currently looking for some footage of the map!
Feedback is appreciated!
