3v3 Slayer

Map Description

    Hey all.

    Here's one of the maps I've made in H2A. This one's called Death Plateau, and is an asymmetrical competitive map. I took huge inspiration from Halo CE and Unreal Tournament when forging this, which you can tell by the Overshield spawn-area.
    The map supports Slayer and KOTH variants and works best with 2v2 & 3v3s.

    I tried balancing the weapon layout as much as I can, and with input from Blaze.
    The sniper ammo case is placed a far distance from the Sniper spawn, which forces map movement and loss of top control to obtain if one chooses to.

    Arsenal:
    1x Overshield = 60 s

    1x Sniper Rifle = 120 s (1 spare clip)
    1x Brute Shot = 90 s (1 spare clip)
    1x Shotgun = 90 s (1 spare clip)
    1x Sniper ammo case = 90 s

    2x Plasma Rifle = 45 s
    2x Plasma Pistol = 45 s
    2x Covenant Carbine = 45 s (2 spare clips)
    4x Battle Rifle = 30 s (2 spare clips)
    2x Assault Rifle = 30 s (2 spare clips)

    4x Plasma Grenade = 30 s
    4x Frag Grenade = 15 s

    From what I remember in our game in this map, the problems I had with it are as follows.

    - Too many routes. This leads to some moments where a weak player escapes all too easily. It also makes for some messy flow which leads to messy gameplay.
    - Narrow paths. I would suggest widening some of the alleys and routes to remove the claustrophobic feel that the map gives.
    - Overshield spawn. Put the spawn on top of the bridge instead of on the platform. Remove the struts that contain the overshield. This makes getting this powerup riskier because players have even less cover. Not to mention that the struts just act as lazy cover and makes jumping from the platform quite the hassle.
    - Place the teleporter receiver node in an area that doesn't allow easy escape.

    That's all I got so far. If I'm to say more about the map, I'll have to play it again.
