Map Description

  1. Simpleend0504
    Dark link shrine is practically fire link shrine though some parts are removed for gameplay and hardware limitations. Any souls fan will be right at home as it has most of the key features from the fire link shine. Unfortunately there are lighting issues on the map. The map is more alive and sunny (praise the sun!) form its counterpart in the souls game.

    This map's aesthetics are on point, however this map is not just looks. There is a lot of verticality, the design is very creative, and the map looks very balanced.

    If you want to test 4v4 and tell me how it could be go for it the people I play test with are a bit chaotic when playing.

    Cool it not a 1 to 1 remake as when I was hoping back and forth from halo and souls not all of the areas ate possible mainly towards the back of the shrine.

    Played this with my group. Fun map, but power weapons are way too close. You can get the dmg boost, one of two swords, and the sniper all in about 4 seconds. That person can then head up top and hold that point very strongly. I suggest removing that sword in the back and putting the sniper up top. The over shield would be more fitting on that map too rather than dmg boost. The map itself is very authentic and the detail is great. I'm sure you spent as much time out of forge researching and looking at pictures, etc. as you did making the map itself. This feedback is from overall comments from my group. I'll leave a review upon update. Also, if you ever want to throw ideas around or want any suggestions, I'd love to help in any way. My tag is the same as my user name.

    Awsome feed back, I felt the same with some of the power weapons and I will probably change them around and I am a bit iffy about the sniper I might change it to something else
