1. ctf_turbine 1.1 update

    Update 1.1 based upon the feedback I received from the guys playing the customs event on 2/6 and reddit.

    *Note that the map name is based off the Team Fortress 2 map of the same name 'ctf_turbine' and not of my design.

    The year is now 2556 and a new war against the prometheans has broken out. Great news for Gray Mann and Mann Co. and this has also allowed a trickle of new weaponry to be added to the war museum.
    • Weapon displays now have numbers behind the panels. they represent the game time that the glass slides out of the way (assuming 12min game) and allows access to a one time power weapon.
      • 11 - Saw - one on each side of map near team bases.
      • 10 - overshield and camo.
      • 8 - rail gun and fuel rod cannon.
      • 6 - Rocket launcher and incineration cannon.
    • Added team shields to bases for team based games (just like TF2)
    • Glass less transparent so it's easier to see it is there!
    • Opening camera changed. Added unique strongholds scene.
    • Increased block efficiency. Allowed me to add name values to the entire map!
    • Added splinter grenades. Moved location of plasma grenades.
