"Secluded from any civilization these mountain people live in peace and harmony"
I built Bonsai with the intention of giving players tight and engaging battles while also delivering wide range "white-reticle fights". It's a nice mixture of tension and release.
This type of tight combat was inspired by a map with equally tense encounters, Day of Defeat by @SaltyKoala .
Visually, Bonsai is inspired by the beginning of Princess Mononoke and China's hanging monasteries.
The houses are placed in certain distances allowing interconnecting jumps between them and enriching every battle making one fight never the same as the other.
Bonsai features a Damage Boost, Grenade Launcher and a Beam Rifle as the main power weapons and a modified Assault Rifle and Light Rifle as secondaries.
