Map Description

  1. NightAvenger01
    The Leviathan (black and red ship) has attacked The Bison (brown and tan ship)
    Scripted explosions and lightning strikes fill the air.
    With a blend of a mini game and slayer! This is a fun and different map! But, Its quite obvious what this map is. The entire ships are accessible! Bottom floors, the decks! Even the masts! There are teleporters located upon the top/rear of the capts. quarters. Which on both ships are located on the back side of the top decks. And also on the front side of both ships. The teleporters can either take to the top middle of the masts. OR! it can take you to sniper spawn! Rockets are located up on the front, and rocket turrets are locked on the flanks outside of the bottom cannons. Now that you know where the weapons are, the rest is up to you! Its a fun immersive map that gets really exciting and the matches are always close! We play it with the custom game type that has our starting weapons being shotguns and energy swords. that changes the entire dynamic of the game! ITS SO MUCH FUN! i highly suggest it!

    After reading the write up I was a little confused as to what the game type was used for this map. After speaking with the author he was very helpful and explained he used the slayer variant with swords and shotguns. We played this with a party of nine people and found that with so few of us it was difficult to keep the action flowing. This is definitely best with a full fireteam. Given the long sights on this map the high verticality it was near impossible to challenge the sniper in the crows nest.

    That being said it shouldn't be taken badly against the design of the map. Had we started the game with weapons with a bit of range we could throw down more of a challenge to the sniper. The map in itself feels great to get to the top of the mast and dare walk along the ropes while battle ensues below was brilliant very risky but if you make it across it could be worth while. This map has a lovely unique feel given the right gametype it could prove to be a very fun and worth while map to your collection.

    we have play tested it MANY times! And every time it plays great! I know it seems like i am just saying that because i made the map. But it truly does play well. We havent had any complaints about it and we have played it at the very least 10 times now. Full matches with full lobbies. I didnt show it in the pictures on here, but in the lower floors i have multiple rooms down there. All mainly meant for spawning, but no one complains about spawning and we again havent had nay bad reviews =D

    I would love to see the lower decks, so a couple extra pics would be good and a vid would be better. Everyone wants videos these days.

    Get a full lobby on it and play.
    Arm everyone with energy swords and shotguns. It's not meant to be a serious kind of competitive map. It's fun, new and different from all the other things we are seeing...

    I absolutely love the idea of this. I wonder, could it be made into a mini-game where you can choose to kill enemies or keep them captive. Say, Infection. If you sneak up on them and kill them, they then spawn in a cell. So it won't necessarily become overwhelming for the survivors. I understand Infection isn't here yet, just a thought though.

    I have played this a few times! My lobbies enjoy it. Too bad H5 scripting sucks, otherwise you could have both ships rock a bit.

    Yes? Yeah it would be great if H5 scripting wasn't so glitchy and broken, I mean this is far fetched, but having large things that can move fairly clean would be great. I see the space battles and different vehicle glitches, but even that doesn't really do it for me.
