It’s been a while since I posted a update on this map, so I decided to post a new one and hopefully it’s the final update. The map is also one year old as well!
One of my goals for this update is to make every gametype playable and fun, so I’m adding, removing and move things around to make each every gametype feel at least decent. Except Mini-games and Infection.
Let’s start with what I have been moving around.
I moved the Red and Blue intal spawns further back to make a more optional start without needing to make a 180° turn, also to make less ”chaotic” start.
I adjusted the other intal spawns as well.
Moved the Frag Grenade down to make every location more useful and balanced.
Moved the Assault bomb to Bottom Mid instead, removed the Power Weapon and added a Speed Boost in Top Mid instead.
You can only get that Speed Boost in Assault, the Speed boost has 2 minutes respawn time.
I moved the Assault arming zone to a more exposed position, making the player arming more vulnerable and I also made the zone 0.25 bigger (from 10.00 to 10.25) to make it feel natural to arm, but still not making it too easy to arm.
Moved the Neutral Flag/Breakout Flag up to make it a little bit more challenging to grab the flag.
I also moved the Neutral Flag/Breakout capture point to make it more challenging to capture the flag.
Made a new weapon holder for the Light Rifle and moved it to the other side to make the Light Rifle more visible for the player and to make it more rememberable. Also replaced the Frag Grenade to a Plasma Grenade instead.
Made a new weapon holder for the Boltshot.
In the last update I posted there was a Boltshot there as well, but between the updates there has been a Tactical Magnum and a Suppressor. Just letting you know.
Moved the Plasma Grenade to increase movement around the map and make it more difficult make that Halo CE weapon launch.
Made a small bump and made that path a little bit longer, so you can make more use of it.
