Anomaly is a small, asymmetrical map which focuses around an open center where the overshield spawns. The map is simple in design/pathing and quick to learn. The ease of travel through the center as well as the teleporters allow players to outsmart and flank their opponents at opportune times. There are limited areas where players can camp (corners, cheap spots, etc), most pathways gradually merge into one another. Each area is unique and offers different styles of cover and combat scenarios to take place. Combined with the variety of weapons scattered around, it leaves players to play the map to their style.
There is some scripting to the map, and a couple easter eggs . Above blue and yellow bases there are towers that light up and ignite power cores every 60 seconds, both looking cool and being an audio cue that the weapons on static timers have respawned (Overshield, Sniper, Brute Shot). There are a few other lights placed around to provide a visual cue that the static timer is almost ready.
I would also like to note that while it is mostly finished, I'm still gonna consider it a WIP. Need to get some more testing done on it.
