Updated to v4.0. The map now meets 343i's map requirements for matchmaking by changing all of the weapon spawn timers to meet specifications, and adding extra cameras to work with all the game types. I used Entombed as a reference for camera set up.

I've also added a number of new aesthetics including cloud and dust effects to all of the lights as well as changing the color of a few to mark team sides. I also added decorative pieces to some of the more bland looking walls, and changed the look of bottom-mid to even further resemble the original Anchor 9.
