Welcome to The Abyss
A remaster of an old map, made by myself and @ZombieDyer5 where players played in an abandoned mineshaft. This version of the plan corrects a lot of the scaling and routes of the old map and makes it an entirely new experience. I took it upon myself to fix up this map and I see this map as a new map due to the difference between it and the original being so extreme. The map can play CTF, STRONGHOLDS, and Slayer, but the only problem is that there is not team spawns yet. Remastering this map was a problem and a half and here is why:
Each part of the map had its issues for different reasons. Some rooms were overscaled, some rooms are massively under-scaled, and some places are perfect. So I tasked myself which going through each room and correcting it and the outcome is this map.
Change Log:
The long hallway was shortened by 1/2 its original length
The bridge is twice the width
The bridge has another route added to it
Walls have been blown out to give players more options.
The entire map has been vertically squashed
Grenade launcher platform widened
Gunfighter hallway shortened and sharpened
Cover added overall.
Gemstones removed
Spider trap moved and made lethal.
Spider eggs removed and linearized.

This remaster was done entirely by me, however the door, and the webs were done by the man, the myth, the legend: @ZombieDyer5. He helped with the original, but not on the remaster.
