Well I was wondering if anyone knew of any good working proxy sites...

Mostly because at school, I'm allowed to get on myspace but it's blocked.

So any help would be appreciated.

I would also plus rep any one who gave me a working one.

I know of tons, but sadly most are blocked by websense (my school filter).

The only working one I know of is breakfilter.info. You can try that, or there is another way.

It might or might not work, but that depends on you school filter. Go to google's translator (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en), and scroll to the bottom where it says "Translate a Web Page." Put in the name of whatever site you want, and translate it from Italian to English (It doesn't matter what language the page is originally in). And there you have it! A gurentee'd unblocked proxy.

    Hope this helps.

    https://www.vtunnel.com
Supposedly, because it is a https, it can't be blocked. At least, that's what I've heard.

    Theres a lot.

    But theres:
    blockmenot.org/com/net
    phpproxy.net

    *For the computer skilled*
But if it's really important, you can actually create your own web browser through Visual Basic through MS Word.

There was like a whole tutorial on it.

Something kind of like this. Only through the Visual Basic in older MS Word's. I remember on another forum, some guys showed it to me, and had pictures and everything.

    I could be wrong.

The web browser, no matter what it is, still has to go through the computers systems. Therefore, it will still be blocked.

I don't believe thats entirely true. I don't have the same web filter in my school, but I have seen kids run Firefox and got past web filters.

    Depends I would guess.

But theres a lot of ways. Just search google really. Like so: fun with batch files

I either use ultrasurf or https://xroxy.com

You have to be a little computer-savvy to do the second, though.

Also, I can't believe no one mentioned Tor.

I have the best program in the business. Its called GTunnel, and your able to access it without getting blocked. Just go to google, type in download GTunnel, not look for, " Easily Switch Between 4 Different Proxy Surfing Technology ...." After clicking that link all you gott do is scroll down and click gtunnel. A window will open up, telling you to run or save. Just click run, gtunnel will soon then open up. All you gotta do now is exit that window and wait until GTunnel opens up a new Internet Explorer window. You should know that it works when you see "[Proxied]" at the top of the IE window. This is absolutely the best proxy bypassing program ever, and your school computers can't do anything to stop it.
