    City Center is a small map built out of less than half of the crypt. It is small, but very layered. It contains four buildings. The map is built with 2v2 or FFA games in mind, but would work for 1v1 and even multi-team (teams of 2). The area is blocked off by Wooden planks, and I've added some background buildings (unaccessable), to add some asthetics. This map would make for some good 2v2 asymetrical objective games or some epic FFA matches. Hope you guys like it. I went through great effort to prevent people from bieng able to break it. (That said, I realize it might be possible with a few of the ninja's out there) I know the wooden planks don't "look" the best, but if you got other suggestions of what I could use then start suggesting! I'd supply some vid footage of gameplay, but I'm currently out of "bungie render minutes"..... so it'll have to wait!
    *note - You'll notice that I do not suggest playing oddball 2v2 on this map. Some of the upper floors on the narrow buildings would make it difficult to remove a "camping" team if they got the ball & rocket & sword. It could happen, therefore I suggest NO. Also, the bridge going to the Defensive base, you could potentionally jump off your jumping teammates head and access the roof top. While not impossible to kill the player up there, it makes it a very unfavourable advantage. SO NO ODDBALL UNLESS ITS FFA! lol.

    FFA Slayer
    FFA Juggernaught
    FFA Oddball
    FFA King of the hill
    2v2 Multi-flag,one-flag
    2v2 Neutral bomb, Assault, one-bomb
    2v2 VIP
    2v2 Territories
    2v2 King of the hill
    2v2 Slayer
    Multi-team VIP
    Multi-team Slayer
    Multi-team King of the hill

    * This map is set-up to play 4v4 or 5v5, but its too small of a map!
    4v4 VIP
    4v4 Slayer
    4v4 Territories
    4v4 King of the hill
    4v4 Neutral bomb, Assault, one-bomb
    4v4 Multi-flag, one-flag

    *This map would work for 1v1 but some might find it too big for that. 1v1 snipers on this map is fun though!

    1 x Plasma Rifle
    1 x Plasma Pistol
    2 x Pistol
    2 x Spiker
    1 x Rocket (180 secs - no clip)

    Huh. This looks VERY appealing. I'll give you a 5/5 not because you're an excellent forger (which you are, but not the best...) but because it looks to me that you've successfully pulled off an all-gametype city map. I can't download it right now because I have reached the 100 custom item limit. But in a day or two you should PM me to remind me to download this when I have cleared my stock.

    i personale like how the map looks i need to delete some maps off of my harddrive to download this one 2 thumbs up. also i need testers for my new map =/

    I like the idea but the building just dont really look realistic to me at all, good try though, try adding triangle roofs.

    i think that the fact its more of the roofs off outskirts. halo2 campain they are mostly flat roofs.

    I guess I could. I actually am the complete opposite of you about the whole angled roof thing. Je deteste the angled roofs. I like the clean cut flat-tops. But, everyone's got their own tastes.

    I'm glad the feed-back has been pretty positive about this map. I've never made such a small map before!

    i think adding triangle roofs would make it look even less realistic, its supposed to be in the city (judging by the buildings) and you never see buildings in the city with triangle roofs, there always flat. and sure, they dont really look like real buildings, its not possible to make a large number of realistic buildings in halo's forge, but i think he did the best job possible, there better than most

    I DLed this last night and played a few customs with friends and i got to say this map is awesome. 2v2 Team Snipes is by far everybody's favorite. One-flag is also really fun. I love the buildings, it really feels like an urban environment. Great Job 5/5

    Glad you liked it! We actually played a crap-load of this map tonight, with several different groups. It really does play well. I liked the snipes too, but we tried it on territories and it wasn't set-up proper (so I removed it off the suggested game varients). I also felt the multi-flag wasn't very fair for the DEFENDERS side. I have to say though, that the best setting was honestly VIP. Seriously, at for the first couple of points, we were just going at it like slayer, but with all the buildings and the windows, the game got really stratigic, really fast. Ended up a 10-9 score. People were even asking to play the map more when I suggested going to matchmaking, so I know it can't be THAT bad of a map! We also had a chance to play a FFA (only had 6 players though), & it was VERY hectic. I couldn't imagine playing FFA oddball. Over-all, I think the map is pretty smooth, but I might think of a way to remove the teleporters, and maybe add a second exit for the second floor of the attackers' base.

    I'm on the testers guild, and I tested your map with 7 different friend, and then 3 so I did a 4v4 Slayer and KOTH and a 2v2 Slayer and KOTH Here are my evaluations:
    What I like:
    -
    1 Aesthetics on this map are amazing
    -
    2 Map isn't Over weighed on either side
    -
    3 It isn't hard to find your way around
    -
    4 Not to many power weapons


    What I Dislike
    -1 The spawns arent the greatest
    -Not really any cover in the middle piece

    Suggestions
    -For spawns put more than one spawn point by itself at least put 2 next to each other, but don't put one by itself.
    -Blend some walls into the box in the middle so they are at the edges and are barley high enough to block you when your crouching.

    On a final note I think the map should be and will be an 8.5/10, gameplay went pretty well, but not as well as it could've, this map has a lot of potential, just make those little adjustments and this map will be at it's fullest potential.

    Thanks MLG. I fixed up some the spawning, I noticed a few problems myself when we were playing a couple of days ago. Also, a ninja from xforgery "broke" the map and escaped, so I corrected that too. Thanks for the feedback!

    Wow good idea for the building ! But 2 barricade in the same spot ... Its to big ! Removce that and maybe i will dowload it and good forged sandbox mapp !!!!
