I see "emo" as over emotional people that cut themselves and talk about suicide. Emo should be catagorized by how someone wears their hair or what style clothes they wear.
everyone isn't stereotypical. - well some people are (points to everyone in my town) - It's just the stupidity about it. I mean the musical taste is ok. but if they think about suicide all the time whose stopping them from killing themselves? if a suicidal loser came up to me i'd give him a water gun that looks like a pistol just because. and then theyd be like - i cant do it i cant do it. and i'd just laugh take the gun and shoot them with it. i'd be like if your really going to kill yourself then grow some balls and do it. everyone just does it for the attn. its stupid honestly. all the emo kids are losers they look horrible and dress like whores. Ok, you talk about the stupidity of stereotypes and then go off on this rant about how all emos are the same and that you hate them for it.
Certain people are stereotypical against because of the people they are " I " < - - me not everyone else is stereotypical against the stupid emos - all the kids who do it for attn. My 2 best friends are scene kids but i don't hate them because they don't do it for attn. they just do it because of the looks and the music. I probably didn't make that entirely clear in my other post. sorry.
Give me a definition of a person that is "emo." And if you include music and looks into it you're an incompetent moron.

OK, ill try and rephrase it and tell you what i think about emos Emo kid - everything they said in the first video Kids who crave attention - are fake emos. they do it because their friends are doing it and end up ruining the image for everyone else. These are the types of kids i hate. -I hate the emo kids at my school. -I have some friends that are scene kids. -I've come to possibly almost every emo kid there is out there that i haven't met that falls under the criteria of the video. -Stereotypes are dumb but i use them also. -I hate fags (people who are obsessive over one thing to get attention) -I hate explaining tons of things over and over again (sorry for not being clear that tends to happen) I can't really put what i want into words. I hate the emo kids at my school so i hate lots of emo kids that they hang out with and know and look like. The people in the videos however are ignorant. Okay, a word to all the emo's out there, grow the **** up people. You know how LUCKY you are? Just to be alive in this world? Just to be strong and healthy? I've seen people with cancer that are on the verge of DEATH that are happier than emos. Get a job. Get a girlfriend. Step outside of your house. GROW UP and stop acting like a 5 year old that has nothing better to do than complain and mope around. I'm not saying go beat up a emo kid. I just get really pissed off when people say "I hate life". They're so ****ing ungrateful. Life can be anything you want it to be. It's the most amazing thing in the universe. It's a miracle. Now that I got that off my chest you are going to be surprised that i believe that this video is waaaay out of line. Alot of the things associated with "being emo" is just what teenagers do. Screamo, "girl pants", and wild haircuts are everywhere. Don't throw me into the emo group just because I wear tight pants and skulls every now and then. It's what teenagers do. The only real thing I agree with in the video is not to beat the **** out of people. Which is common sense and that applies to everything, not just emos, but for religious reasons, or their sexuality ect. too. It really doesn't matter who you are, the jerks will find something to beat you up for. So I think they should just stress to make sure your kids aren't like bloodthristy bullies.
It sounds harsh, but I couldn't agree more. Be happy that you're alive, because I guarentee you've never had to watch someone you love die. So shut the **** up emo kids. Your life is fine don't be such a ****in drama queen, and accept that your parents love you and they'll go to Hot topic to buy you ****in Invader Zim tees and spike bracelets, and everything DARK. Hey! Jhonen Vasquez writes some good comic strips and Invader Zim is fairly funny. I find being interested in fashion in the slightest pathetic, i'm glad there are no "Hot Topic's" in Australia. But if people want to buy ridiculous clothes, they find a way. Oh, and I got spat on from a car once. I guess they didn't decide to stop and ask me what kind of music I was into, they just thought seeing as I was wearing a black shirt and slacks, I must be emo. They obviously didn't check for skulls, jewellery, and a distinct hair styling that says "I know my way around hair-care products". Edit: People who announce themselves "Emo" usually have the most stylised hair. But I guess they care about their appearance. Like a pretty pretty girl.
