Good, but it looks more like a sprite more than an I-pod. Great try though.

There are far easier ways of shading on MS paint for starters, then it looks like you drag-resized some areas, which is a no-no in this sort of art. Next, there's no gradient of colour between the black and the light areas. And finally, you saved it as JPG, which obliterated the quality.

Pixel art is my Bread & Butter, so I apologise if I sound too critical.
