Needs moar focal.

It really does need a more defined focal, it appears that Marcus the sandbags and part of the background are the focal right now.

 

Text is probably better located to the top right of Marcus.

 

Effects on Marcus's left look odd, and his face looks over-sharpened. Otherwise, a lot better.

 

Tons of empty space, it makes the whole sig look so bland.

 

Same Here, its hard to work with. Ive tried twice, with two different ideas. I finished the third, but scrapped it because i didn't like it.
