I love the medieval look to it, nice work, it looks really nice and smooth, I'm glad I finally found a map with a medieval spin, Great Job 9.5/10
Powercore Action Dude! Where have you been? I think you must have gotten a job at a sweat shop in China where they work you 19 hours a day. Seriously, you vanished after we finished this map. Seriously though, hope everything is working out with the new job and change of location. Hit me up when you get back on. Look forward to hearing what you think after you give it a try. What is powercore action?
Amazing! The center structure and the ones that suround it are stunning! This would be an great map to play squad battle or big team slayer on. It looks really complex. great job my friend... Definate DL!
OMG epicmapzors! Dude this looks so beautifully crafted, I don't know how it plays, but based on aesthetics it looks amazing. Well done.
First, the map looks good. However, large gaps in cover make foot travel nearly impossible with all of the vehicles. It seems that most of this map was designed around aesthetics, not gameplay. I would nominate that this be moved.
Aesthetic The map was not built around aesthetics. The aesthetics were built into a layout that would steer players towards a certain style of gameplay. Vehicle Combat was the aim of this map. If you can't beat em join em. If the other team is molesting you with vehicles and fighting back on foot, with the rockets, or with the missile pod isn't working then fight fire with fire. Jump in a vehicle and take them down. The vehicles spawn often enough that there is usually something available to ride in. The long completely enclosed passage is the safest bet if you are going to trek across on foot. This is a competitive map. It in no way should be in the same category as a scarab reconstruction map or the giant sphinx. It is meant to be played on and enjoyed on many gametypes.
this is another AMAZING map. the forging is asthetically sweet and gameplay is AWESOME. i dont know why this or all of your other maps arent featured! 12/10
woahh this map really looks impressive (i was just looking around the competitive maps to see wat i want to download) but man this looks pretty good for any gametype. maybe a sugestion though i know this map is been out for a while but have you tried puting like a killer ball around one of the towers to make it more entertaining? idk thats just me though but anyway awsome map 5/5
I can say without a doubt, that this is an awesome map. The symmetic design gives an always great feel to it. I can tell you put a lot of work into this. I like the weapon and vehicle placements on the map. Blocks are well placed. The player spawns are also well placed. Weapon and vehicle spawn times are fair, and balaced. An all around good map. Battles are epic, intense, brutle, but most importantly, fun. Outstanding map, and outstanding concept. 100/100.
This is an amazing map. And i have one question. Can you please tell us what the tower is made out of and how to make it. I allready figured out you used a tin cup at the top. And I think the actual tower its self is made out of walls merged into a circle. But if you could please give a tutorial that would be great thanks.
Tutorial I'm sorry. I don't have time to do a tutorial, but I'm sure you could figure it out with a little reverse engineering. Just go into the map in forge and start peeling back the layers by deleting objects one by one. That's what I always do when I see something amazing and I want to know how it was done. Ingredients for the tower: Tube Pieces Huge Blocks Tin cup Ramps Short I used the grid on the ground to interlock the tube pieces into a circular structure. Once you've got the first level done, it's just a matter of stacking tube pieces on top of the ones previously laid down. The Huge block cylinder was made by placing the blocks so that the spawn point indicator is facing the top so you can see where it is when laying your next piece. Start by making a "t' and then fill out the circle making sure the spawn point indicators in the center line up perfectly.
Makisupa, Congrats on being on two episodes of Halo 3 Forges. If that's not amazing publicity, I don't know what is. Anywho, this is quite the incredible map. The aesthetics here make this map, in my opinion, your best one. The most impressive things have got to be the central tower, and the geomerging. Great work, you are one of the few forgers that can actually make circles. I found the map about a month ago, and through tons of custom games, I can pretty easily say that this map has some awesome gameplay. The only thing that might be considered a problem is that you can get on top of the rocket launcher structures using the brute shot or just a grenade. Great job, 10/10
Allright thanks. The reason i was asking is because recently I moved and I still need to hook my xbox live back up so i couldn't download it yet. I was still glad to be able to play it though because i mentioned it to my friend and he downloaded it. But thinks for telling me the pieces used
Really love the overall of the map . More the base with her shield door hole ! I really like your weapon list and the overview with the weapon on it !
Spectacular, absolutely amazing. I can't wait to get a serious party that respects the true competitive play of Halo enough to have a serious match, and wear this map down to a pile of sand. 5/5
