Does it involve the explosion of a power drain?? I've seen an effect like that with the power drain... I didn't take the shot cause I thought it was too bright around the spartan. That's exactly what I think about this shot too. I like the coloring on the spartan but the background is just too bright IMO.

Yes it was, but I am sure this effect works on other maps too.

 

Sandbox using blue and red lights or a fuel rod cannon with special FX on.

He did it on Ghost Town. I just told you that. They were messing around over by the overshield spawn. Thats all I know.

 

Not at overshield spawn, we moved from there...
