3ds Max Chair (a break form all the sigs)

    I'm getting sick of all these sigs so I thought I'd break the manontany of all of them and provide a 3d render.

    Basically, just a office style chair...thing. Not too much to say. Some minor maniptulation of standard primitives and some FFD on boxes for the cushions. 20,000 polygons.

    How'd ya do it?
    If you did it with photoshop or GIMP or something like that, you are god.

    He obviously did it in a 3D editing program. And, though CS4 has 3d options, it wouldnt be those.

    You apprently haven't seen my 3D rendition in GIMP.

    Anyhow, if you don't put any textures on the seat, I might have to kill you.

    I don't know if I want to take the time. It looks fine this way.

    Also, It was made in 3DS Max, as the title of the tread suggests.

    I see someone else uses 3d max (like me) :p

    It is good to see a break, i might have to post some of the stuff ive done in 3ds max. Nothing fantastic just stuff like your chair. BTW good job on it. Good job on the lighting. Did you use poly mesh or just shapes?
