Triton’s Twist Created by HT konakid904 & Last Chaos 7 Recommended Players: 1-16 Recommended Gametypes: Racetracks and Battle Tracks What a twist! In regards to the map that is an understatement. Triton’s Twist is a stunning racetrack courtesy of a racing enthusiast and it shows. The space this track takes up is minuscule compared to the actual length of a lap. Kind of like how the human intestines is actually about 30 feet long and fits neatly in the relatively small body. But back to the course, not only is it remarkably smooth but there is constant movement and turning on the map, making this map feel more like an advanced racetrack. The map is, of course, not without its faults. The constant turning mixed with the ups and downs has been known to give players with weak stomach a bad case of motion sickness. Otherwise the layout is a fantastic ride and has a great variation of turns that will keep your eyes glued to the screen and hands grasping the controller. This is one racetrack I believe even Triton, Son of Neptune wouldn’t mind being named after. Enjoy the track and watch out for turn 5 it’s a doozy. I saw the feature potential in this once it was posted. It is a very great, smooth track and definately deserves the feature. Congrats HT konakid904 on the feature
I remember seeing this a while back. I also remember playing it and its one of the few race maps ive actually enjoyed. Deserves a feature if its a race map i enjoyed. Great aesthetics for a race map too. Edit: Dam you BJ
Ahh.. I remember playing this a whiles back with friends. Its was really fun and the entire track is really smooth, not to mention that awesome tunnel. Totally deserves this feature.
Wow, glad to see this featured. I had a feeling it would be featured when it was posted. The map is possibly one of the greatest racetracks to play on. It has an excellent layout and is a very smooth ride throughout the track. Congrats on the feature HT konakid904, it's certainly a well deserved one. EDIT: Forgot to congratulate Last Chaos7 aswell. Congrats!
Wow, Iv'e been playing this one for a while it deffinetly deserves a feature. It's smooth and fun to play on. Great job. and congrats on the feature!!!11!!!
Love it. I remember downloading this and just thinking wow. My file space is always nearly full, but I never think to delete this track to make room for any others, it's just that awesome. Well worthy of a feature. Congrats, great job!
This, ladies and gentleman, is the real reason Vice did not post it himself. You see, his devious antics were intended to portray to you fine gentlemen that Mr. Sir Pegasi Delta here is incapable of forming a coherent sentence. I do believe, if my trained scholarly fish is to be trusted, that the quoted sentence should be amended thusly, and read as follows: "The map is, of course, not without its faults." I, good sirs, have rooted out this nefarious scheme concocted and executed by the vicious Vice and, in doing so, have brought honour back to our humble Pegasi. I only prey that I can remain ever vigilant to such attacks, lest chaos rain down on this fair community. I bid thee, ado! P.S. 5/5 needz moar interlockz, but I likez the tunnel. Lawl. In all seriousness though, I find myself enjoying race tracks more now that Sandbox is out. This looks to be a fine map to spin my wheels upon in my free time. Come Gerald (the shy, yet gifted, goldfish) there are evil plots to unravel!
Hmmm...never paid much attention to this map, but since it has been reviewed by the staff, I guess I'll give it a shot. That turn 5 thing sounds challenging Good job and congrats on the feature.
i would like to say that turn 5 is not a doozy, it is completely impossible. sad faic. the track design is well thought out and it works well. scince this is a feature, i will not tell you how to improve on it because the staff posted it here on the front page, which means they enjoyed it. compliments to the forgers pinohkio
You never cease to make me laugh, however in all your grammar conundrums you forgot to capitalize Vicious Vice's "V" in Vicious.
Not true. The "vicious" was meant to describe Mr. Vice. It was not my intention to utilise his full moniker. I had planned to be ironic. The fact I used "the" to precede the description was supposed to hint at my antics. I'm glad I could beam some happy rays into your dark corner of the world though!
BuddhaCrane to the rescue. We will be sure to call on you again when your services are required for the many grammatical crimes that occur around here. lol I downloaded Triton's Twist and think that it is one of the few racetracks that successfully combines great aesthetics with a wonderful track, next to maybe Space and the Woods. Congrats on the feature.
You did, however, use the wrong spelling of 'pray'. But thanks for the heads up, and a good laugh as you do without fail, will edit now, third time lucky my behind .
I generally avoid race maps, but this map has made me see the light. I agree with everyone else, this is one outstanding map. Turn 5 was interesting though..
I would just like to make this clear to everyone, if you read the original post it says that me and spectacular ra made the awesome tunnel so please give us some credit.
