YouTube - Halo 3 trick- Merging objects together without starting a new round 1.spawn an object you want to fuse 2.dummy the object by going up to the object in moniter mode and press up and a at the same time 3.push the bject out of the way. 4.place another object in the way that you want to fuse 5.wait for it to spawn hve fun!!!
The movie doesn't work and I'm slightly confused by your method. Are you talking about interlocking via delayed respawn times?
This is a method that doesn't work with immoveable objects. Once a movable object has 'settled' (stops moving) the blue-ish/white-ish part will lock in place, and you can knock it out the way, but immovable objects become immovable then and can't be knocked out of the way.
Nice, but... this isn't very practical. You can't use this method for precise forging with immovable objects, which is what most people need. You can't align the Double Box with guides because you have to knock it away before it settles. Plus, the only real shortcut this provides is not having to start a new round. It's really not that much trouble to avoid for the effort. I probably won't be using this method anytime soon, sorry.
This is a neat trick that will be fun to mess around with but if you are making a good map, you need to use guides and spawn no and start a new round. It just the most precise, reliable way.
This method doesn't seem very accurate. This is probably something I will never use, but good job finding it anyways.
This makes no sense. The double box is immovable, but you pushed it away with the mancannon, and then it spawned back in its old place. Please explain.
I think when he taps it with up and A the box is in it's wiggle function, so it can be moved, then he uses a mancannon to push it out of the way so that it retains it's original position. Once it respawns it'll be in it's normal spot.
Yes, I think it was Tylyr1 who discovered this glitch, and then now he is just using it to interlock. As long as you use guides, this is still quite accurate.
