I hope it doesn't. I hope NATAL dies a horrible death.

Next gen, we could have the destruction of RF: G, 256 players like MAG and the graphics of Crysis. But instead, we'll be jumping around playing minigames with our dumb **** families.

Things might not get that bad you two. There will always be core games that only real gamers like. But overall all i do see this industry going towards a big pile of ****.

maybe they'll have certain parts NATAL enabled, like melee maybe? I doubt the whole game would be.

It would be extremely difficult to do this game entirely Natal. Controls like switching weapons would be the most difficult because there would really be no way to simulate that with your body or to do a 36o turn things like that would just be to hard. I know that they could do some of these with voice commands but, what happens when you have several people playing together and theres like six people all shouting commands at the same time? About the gaming in general Overall it seems the quality of games keeps going lower and lower. Theres just to many small companys who can make whatever the hell they want and it sells for some reason and then theres big companys who can just **** this stuff out and sell it because it's better than the **** of others. And then theres the little kids who keep getting dumber and dumber and now we have no other way to educate them other than tv,and the games are getting dumbed down just so the kiddies can play to. Then now we have these parents who want to start getting ome excercise but somehow they don't want to get excercise the normal way which would be outside, with weights or on a machine they decide to do it through games which then sell a million ****ing copies in a day. Nowadays we also have politicians bashing violence in games. Theres just this stereotype that games are bad unless it's on the wii than for some reason it's ok. I once heard someone say "why would they put so much violence on a wii game, little kids play the wii." The game industry needs to get turned around quickly or else we'll all be **** out of luck.

I highly doubt it. It may have Natal functionality, but I don't think we'll be able to control our character's movements with it. Since we're getting a Multiplayer Beta before Natal even comes out, it's not even really plausible for Reach to use Natal entirely.

Natal can burn in hell, Keep it for the Wii.

Although tilting the controller in angle to make tilts and what not. (Like little big planet).

    But thats about it.

Give it a ****ing chance before it comes out guys. Keep in mind there have been no public tests of NATAL yet, so you have no idea how it will function. Even if it is enabled, I have no question in my mind that standard controllers will still work. Microsoft just likes playing all the angles. They are trying to appeal more to the family gaming crowd. The Wii swept them up with its repetitive gameplay and how easy it is to understand. Obviously, core gamers like most members of this site don't care for that, and Microsoft understands where the majority of its fanbase comes from.

I have an idea how I think it will work. Marine and ODST AI die easily right? Well that's because they don't know where to go. If they followed you you could give hand and voice signals to control groups.
