I saw this picture of a strange elite perm and its unlike any other one in the game. It was shown in a bungie article on their website when I was looking for some featured maps. Does anyone know what it might be, because I am stumped? the picture is below. I'm totally making a siggy out of this...
Nope, commando doesn't have that curvy piece at the bottom of the helmet or the batman type arms. For accuracy, Here's a picture of the commando helmet.
It does look like the commando armor, but it appears to have a few minor differences, such as the bottom of the helmet. Anyway, its probably just a trick.

That curvy piece is the Elite's thy armor. The armor is full Commando, like Dow said. Requesting lock.
