Well, i figured it out. When you use the default equipment you can save and quit them anywhere and they'll stay where they are at the beginning of the round and games. It will fall however when it is touched and dropped. So, my fellow forgers, we have floating equipment.
you guys misunderstand him. he means that if you save equipment and then start a custom game the equipment wont fall, I will try a diagram , or ' =equipment _ = ground normally if you did this _'_ and saved and quitted then played customs it would fall to this_,_ . but in this scenario with the OLN equipment if you did this _'_ then saved and quitted, then started customs it would appear like this _'_ until someone grabbed the floating equiptment.
