Sandbox A CASTLE (1 flag edition)

    A CASTLE

    This is a 1 Flag map currently as I have not made an assault gametype for it. Basically, the knights in the castle must stop the oncoming hoard of raiders coming into the castle. The Raiders must capture the knight's flag and bring it home! The Raiders have 5 special classes that are chosen for them upon respawn.

    This map features 4 different ways into the castle and additional ways if you are creative. Surrounding the castle is a lot of terrain that the raiders must use to their advantage. The castle contains a sewer, 4 towers, a cute throne, and a very pretty gateway.

    -This is one of the raiders bases and where they must return the flag. Inside contains 2 mongeese.

    - this is one way into the castle. I don't know what you call it, but its like the thing the orcs used in LOTR to breach the castle walls. simply jump and beat down the antennaes and they should fall onto the wall.

    -these stones which are strangely protruding from the wall make an easy way into the castle. On the bottom right is the 2nd raider base. It also contains two Mongeese. In the back of the castle you can see the entrance into the sewer/well.

    -Inside the castle you will find two ramps on either side which will take you up to the walls. You can also reach the towers by using the gravlifts. The doorway can be blocked by knocking the barricades down into the entryway. BTW: those blue columns have been interlocked into the wall now.

    -here is the throne. the flag spawns right infront of it.

    - Underneath the throne you will find the sewer/well, whichever you want to call it, it leads out to the back of the castle.

    Now onto the class system that I made. These are where the raiders will spawn each time they die. I have arranged the weapons since taking these pictures so they are easier to pick up. I have removed the roof of each cove so you can see inside them for PICTURES.

    -On the right you will see, In my opinion, the best class. The Beast. He will get an overshield and a choice between rockets, a bruteshot, and an energy sword. This class is very rare.

    On the left you will see the Techy. He has a variety of equipment to choose from and he aswell gets duel smgs, a needler, and 2 sticky grenades. This class is more common.

    -On the right you will find the archer. He is very useful if he uses the terrain around the castle to get good angles. He will get a Splazer and a sniper. This class is pretty rare.

    On the left you will find the basic bandit. He will get a custom powerup that increases his speed, but his shields are lowered slightly. He will get a battle rifle, carbine, deployable cover, and two stickys. This class is more common.

    -This is the Assassin or Spy. My personal Favorite. He will get invisibility, a shotgun, two stickys, and a radar jammer. This class is also rare.

    -Here is an underview of the map to give you a basic feel for it. I used A LOT of objects on this map. Surprisingly I have many more objects to place, so any suggestions are welcomed. AND YES THATS MY GAMERTAG.HAHA.

    Its strongly suggested that you try the map before commenting. I would most like to hear about the weapons and how I should change which or where they are.

    nice map looking map, although could use some interlocking. i did the same class thing but on last resort, zombies teleport to the beach, and try to get to the structure kinda like D day

    I've done most interlocking where it was necessary. The class coves are not interlocked because you are their for a maximum of 30 seconds. The walls are not interlocked because you will never be... running, shooting, or throwing into them...

    that is called a seige tower if you want to know. the map looks cool and i like the way you made the classes but, i could be a normal archer and hop over the ramp and take what i want and just destroy everyone, and if i couldn't do that and i got any nade class, i would nade hop to whatever class i'd like. it looks good but you might wanna fix that.

    ah this isn't a problem, I took off the roof of each class "cove" so i could take pictures. there is no way to "hop över"

    Can't you see the number of spawn points? Anyways, I will DL this map and see how it goes, but from the looks of it, this map may have done better on the main level of sandbox.

    that is a matter of opinion. In the skybubble I was able to use more items ( I put bulky objects under the skybubble grid and saved them in the air. This way I could make floors out of things other than walls.) I could also create the landscape the way I wanted it, rather than the sandy dunes. I do admit it would be cool to see a big castle interlocked into the dunes.

    this map actually looks like it will play well! as for feedback I think you should neaten up the spawn places. just the things behind them. Oh and you should make a second version with 2 castles I think that would be cool, so it could be 1 flag or 2 flag.
    And does this map work with slayer?
