    It's a good map and a great idea, but it needs improvement. The gametype needs some work. The zombies can't even catch up with the mongoose. The humans shouldn't have waypoints it make the game less fun. I also think you should put gloomy on and add some more buildings. Other than that I really like it. 3.5/5 for now!

    Have you updated this map and uploaded it yet? The version linked in the post is still for the Beta, I believe. It's dated May 19th which is still half a month ago.

    from the looks of the screens, it looks like a VERY WELL DONE MAP. the geomerging looks freakin sweet and i love how the cliff looks! also love how you added the scaffolds to the temple making it seem as if a part of it had fell apart. details like that make the map even better.

    my only advice would be to add the gloomy effect to set the mood and bring a little more definition to the lights. but other than that, bravo.

    Excellent looking map! Well done! I'm sure this will have great gameplay like many of the other out of Sandbox maps I've seen!

    Nicely done! The structures are all different with a unique aesthetic and it looks the part. There is no doubt we will be testing this at next week's Brain Feast, if you like (OP) you can join us to get some detailed feedback about how this map plays with a large (potentially 16 player) party!

    I can't wait for the full map either.
    Keep up the good forging.
    I think that maybe a shotgun could help the humans if it had no spare clips and everything, as I find their problem is not having much defence at short range.
    Maybe they could have week sensors?

    I strongy suggst that you put a few more brs on the map as well as a couple shotguns with no spare clips and no respawn. People have complained about the lack of weapons and I have agreed, in the new version there are more weapons, as it was slightly too hard to survive. Just add a few especially with 16 players. Don't worry in the new version there will be a better set of weapons no matter the party size, still posing a challenge to the humans.

    I think that upon further inspection maybe you could do more with the shed base, as its not particularly ascetically pleasing.

    This is a great map and a lot of fun to play.

    What's right:
    -You got the gameplay balanced so it's fun for both humans and zombies.
    -The geomerging is clean as hell
    -The bases look great
    -You capitalized on a great concept

    Criticism:
    -The bases need more cover as it's easier to survive in the dunes.
    -You may want to add more ammo, it seems to be a little short in bigger games.
    -I wouldn't mind a filter.

    A 4.9/5 from me :)

    Hey im making an infection map similar to this one and i was wondering if i could plz plz plz use the cliffside off your map and use it on mine. The cliffside (and the rest of the map) is an amazing piece of forge that i dont think im capable of redoing and you would be fully credited for it.

    Don't let him do it. Its ur work. I know that feeling when someone else even copies me. This kid sounds like an unoriginal kid that rips off of other people. Even though he asks he may get credit for what u did.

    Very nice map, looks very well thought out. The temple seems far better than the other bases though because of the roof and columns to hide behind making it a lot less open than the others. Seems a little unfair to the other bases, lol. =D

    Is the next version getting on?
    I was just wondering, as after a break from Halo this has been one of the first maps I played again.
    Otherwise, I don't have much more to say, except that the sky spawn base in your preview pics looks like a good idea, as in larger games of this spawn killing does become a problem.

    How long has this been a beta version? A few months?

    I like the buildings you put over the map, really cool designs. Only problem I have is that when I play with big parties there is only one mongoose so most of them try to camp in the middle as they have no where to go. The people that do leave usually just get killed first. The cliff is really nice as it overlooks the center of Sandbox and can get you some nice sniper kills. 9/10 Very cool map

    Hmmm, something I always thought would be a great edition to blocked off sandbox maps would be causways. And what I mean by that is this:

    Essentially tracks that raise up from the ground (much like a racetrack) and "connect" major structures of the map (does not necessarily have to be physically connected to each building, just near it). You could have multiple ones that connect a couple buildings and then add on-ramps and off-ramps where needed. This would allow for ideal amounts of cover between each building, and provide a nice aesthetic touch that is also quite practicle.

    But other than the lack of what is essentially "filler" the buildings are looking good and I like how unique each structure is from the others.

    This map is sweet! the cliff fort is my favorite! it's perfectly merged into the Cliff. 10/10!

    I think the map is brilliant, as I have said in all my previous posts, and with geomerging skills like that you could make a series of these sort of open survival maps.
    Maybe there could be some easier, direct 'highways' to take you across from one side to the other?

    I love this map and really want to see it completed.
